There is no strict minimum. As a full manufacturing facility with a wide range of sheet board on hand, we can produce one carton or ten thousand. Worth knowing — machine setup costs mean very low quantities carry a higher unit price; for short runs, our stock cartons are usually the better economics.
Absolutely. We carry a large range of stock carton sizes, so you can order just what you need without wearing setup costs. Add custom print on top whenever you're ready — same factory, same week.
Sure can. We work with a partnership mentality: warehousing your stock here, releasing it on a kanban or just-in-time schedule, so your floor isn't full of board you don't need this week. Talk to us about volumes and we'll work out the rhythm that fits your operation.
Yes — we run full-colour digital (direct to cardboard), flexo and offset, plus specialty finishes. Short run or long run, one-colour branding or vibrant graphics — it all happens in Berkeley Vale, on the same floor as the manufacturing.
Because we manufacture in-house and keep a large variety of cardboard on the floor, we can move on urgent requests in 24–48 hours. Our standard manufacturing run times are typically 5–10 business days depending on quantity, finish and complexity.
We're proud of it — cardboard is fully recyclable, and we work with Australian board stock as standard. No mixed-material packaging, no problem disposing of it at the other end. Your packaging goes back into the next box.
