§ 01Who we are.
Phoenix Packaging Pty Ltd (ABN 11 612 233 833) is an Australian packaging design, printing and manufacturing business based at 2/6 Hereford St, Berkeley Vale NSW 2261. In this policy 'we', 'us' and 'our' mean Phoenix Packaging Pty Ltd. 'You' means anyone visiting phoenixpackaging.com.au or contacting us through it.
§ 02What this policy covers.
This policy explains what personal information we collect about visitors and customers, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, how we keep it safe, and the choices you have about it. It applies to our website, our enquiry form, our email correspondence, and any phone calls or factory visits that follow.

- Information you give us through the enquiry form — your name, contact details (phone or email) and a short description of the packaging you're after. You give us this information voluntarily, and only when you choose to send us a brief.
- Information you give us in correspondence — anything you tell us by phone, email, or in person when discussing your packaging requirements (volumes, sizes, artwork, delivery addresses, supply schedules).
- Server access logs — when you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard server log information such as the date and time of access, the page requested, your browser type and your IP address. This information is used only for security and operational diagnostics.
§ 04How we use your information.
We use your information only for the purposes you'd reasonably expect:
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
- To carry out the design, manufacturing, printing and delivery work you ask us to do.
- To send order updates, proofs, invoices and related operational communication.
- To keep records of past projects so we can help you efficiently on the next one.
- To meet our obligations under Australian tax, accounting and consumer law.
§ 07How we store it and keep it safe.
Information you send us through the form arrives at our business email address and is stored on our email server. Quote details, project records and invoices are stored in the systems we use to run the business. We protect this information with reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards consistent with our size and the sensitivity of the data.
§ 08How long we keep it.
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to manage the relationship, plus the periods required by Australian tax and consumer law (typically seven years for financial records). After that we destroy or de-identify it.
§ 09Your rights.
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong or out of date.
- Ask us to delete information we no longer need (subject to records we have to keep by law).
- Make a complaint about how we've handled your information.

§ 10Changes to this policy.
We may update this policy from time to time as our business or the law changes. The 'last updated' date at the top of the page will always reflect the most recent change. If a change is material — for example if we ever start using tracking technologies — we'll make sure the change is visible on the homepage as well.
