Phoenix runs full-colour digital printing direct to cardboard, alongside flexo and offset for larger runs — including specialty finishes.

Manufacturing

Zero MOQ. Short runs to ten thousand.

Our manufacturing setup covers short-run production with no minimum order quantity, precision die-cutting, 4-point gluing, stitch sealing and content assembly.

The large packaging manufacturers won't run 50 custom boxes. We will. Our digital printing and die-cutting setup means a run of 25, 50 or 100 custom boxes carries a reasonable unit price — not the punishing cost you get from a production line set up for 10,000.

Precision die-cutting handles complex designs, 4-point gluing gives a stronger join and a cleaner finish than 1- or 2-point machines, and stitch sealing is there when a heavy carton needs it. Content assembly means we can pack and kit on site, so your packaging arrives ready to use rather than ready to be assembled.

Supply & warehousing

Our team specialises in supply methods such as kanban and just-in-time delivery — easy, cost-effective solutions that meet your supply needs while reducing storage requirements. We can warehouse stock here and release it on a schedule that fits your operation.
